To attend the conference, online registration (below) and payment of registration fee are required.  The program will include a limited number of contributed talks (between 20 min and 30 min, depending on a symposium) and posters. Any proposed presentation must belong to one of the mini-symposia; selection of presentations is performed by symposium organizers. Titles of presentations should be submitted online, when filling out the registration form.  Additionally, abstracts (half a page, without figures) should be sent per email to Dr. Pablo Kaluza at kaluza@fhi-berlin.mpg.de. To simplify handling, we require that abstracts are submitted only as Word files, using the unified template (download Abstract_template.rtf). The deadline for submission of presentations is 10 May; acceptance will be notified per email until 10 June.  The registration fee is 200 EUR, the reduced student registration fee is 150 EUR.

As an exception, cash payment at the registration desk in the beginning of the conference will be possible. Then, the regular fee is however increased to 230 EUR and the student fee to 170 EUR. Credit cards are not accepted.
